Sunita Nahar brings with her a wealth of experience across the care, education, and recruitment sectors. With a degree in Child, Adolescence, and Family Studies as her foundation, she has dedicated over two decades to the education sector. Sunita's professional journey has encompassed a diverse spectrum of roles, including recruitment manager, care coordinator, play worker manager, outreach worker, recruitment and development officer, cover supervisor, pastoral tutor, childcare assessor, nursery nurse, and teaching assistant. In other words, she understands the education sector inside out.
The inception of Placing People Direct was driven by Sunita's profound desire to channel her extensive learning experiences back into the education sector and the broader society.
Claire Longworth has had a diverse variety of roles over the years within various operational, business, and non-profit contexts. Identifying her transferable skills and the elements of her roles which she found the most fulfilling led Claire to retrain, in order to focus on business development and digital marketing.
Working for Placing People Direct enables Claire to channel her multifaceted skill set to help those striving to re-enter the workforce or carve out new paths in their careers. She thrives on the opportunity to empower others by leveraging her own experience and expertise

Beyond her professional pursuits, Claire volunteers for a bird rescue. Those who engage with her virtually, are likely to observe the presence of one or more parrots, who ‘diligently oversee’ her work during Zoom or Teams calls.
Eric Has a wealth of administrative experience in Human Resources, spanning over four decades his roles have encompassing Payroll preparation and accounting, along with administrative support to HR Management.
Prior to working at Placing People Direct, Eric Peake was employed as a Children’s Centre Administrator. This role included providing admin support for the Centre Manager, liaising with parents, local authorities, and the school’s Headteacher and admin team at large.
In addition to his work with Placing People Direct, Eric is a volunteer with Newham and Redbridge Council, underscoring his continued dedication to community engagement and enrichment.
